HR Admin & Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR & Admin Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital in supporting our human resources and administrative functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork completion and orientation sessions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Liase with the consultant for Payroll and other statutory requirements
- Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, in a timely manner.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees, and tracking attendance.
- Assist in the development of training materials and resources as needed.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations by staying informed of updates and implementing necessary changes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment.
Skills required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferably experience in an International environment
- 3 to 4 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
